Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) Nutrition Services

WIC is a nutritional program for pregnant and postpartum women, infants and children up to age five who are determined to be at a nutritional risk and meet income guidelines.

WIC's goal is to help keep pregnant and breastfeeding women, new moms and kids under five healthy.  To do this, WIC provides:

  • Personalized nutrition information and support
  • Checks to buy healthy foods
  • Tips for eating well to improve health
  • Breastfeeding support
  • Referrals for services that can benefit the whole family
WIC income eligibility guidelines are:
  • $29,471 annually for a household of two
  • $37,167 annually for a household of three
  • $44,863 annually for a household of four
  • $52,559 annually for a household of five

WIC staff also conduct mobile WIC sites at the following locations:Grocery Store

  • Ogden in the Ogden Community Center, 220 Willow Street
  • Randolph in the VFW Building, W Randolph Street
  • Leonardville in the Leonardville Community Center,                   118 NE Eupelding
