Car Seats

Children under four (4) years old must be in a child safety seat, while children 4-8 years old must be in a safety or booster seat unless they weigh more than 80 pounds or are taller than 4 foot 9 inches (4'9") tall.

The child must be secured with an appropriate child seat provided by the parent or guardian.  The parent or guardian will properly fasten such devices using the vehicle seat belts.
