- Manufactured homes that are not on a permanent foundation, including porches, carports, and sheds
- Producing oil and gas wells and equipment used in the operation of an oil or gas well
- Commercial and industrial machinery and equipment and supplies
A bill of sale should be presented to the Appraiser's Office, once a personal property item is sold, purchased or acquired.
