Adult Intensive Supervision
The purpose of Adult Supervision is to closely monitor assigned offenders, make necessary referrals for treatment, and to ensure clients are complying with their terms of probation. While assigned, clients are required to have a certain number of face-to-face contacts with their Supervision Officer, pay court costs and/or restitution, perform community service hours, submit to random drug & alcohol testing and maintain employment and/or student status if able. The Adult Services Program is developed within the parameters of a risk/need instrument (LSI-R). Movement through the risk levels reflect a client’s progress in learning skills and behavior which relate to successfully functioning within the community. If a client refuses to follow program rules, and continues to violate conditions of his/her probation, he/she will be taken back to Court for possible revocation of probation.
